Highland Park Golf Course has a full service restaurant and bar which serves a large variety of great foods. What makes the restaurant at Highland Park unique is that at some point in time we have all wanted the ‘room with the view’. At Highland, whether you are seated on the porch, inside by the window or at the bar, every table is enhanced by the magnificent views that overlook the course.

Ted Ludington, Chef
Chef Ted Ludington grew up in Skaneateles and is in his 10th year as chef at Highland. He is a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. He has worked for some of the top hotels and country clubs in the country. Examples of these are:
The Lowe’s Anatole Hotel in Dallas, TX - Which at the time was the largest hotel in the southwestern US.
Westchester Country Club – Host of PGA tour stop, The Westchester Classic.
Ted was also a guest chef for the 66th Academy Award Show in Los Angeles.
He currently resides in Skaneateles with his wife Robbin and enjoys raising his grandson Peter. When not in the golf season Ted enjoys skiing and the great outdoors.
